Why am I not receiving e-mails?

If you're not receiving creator e-mails from Supercast, there's a few possible reasons.

1. Check that you're subscribed to e-mails

You can check whether you're subscribed to e-mails by visiting your notification settings. If you don't see "You are currently receiving email notifications", then click on "Subscribe" to reactivate your e-mail address.

2. Check your promotions and spam folders for Supercast e-mails

Sometimes e-mails can get caught in an inappropriate folder. Double check that messages aren't present in these folders. If you do find one, move it back to your inbox which will help with deliverability in the future.

3. Verify that your e-mail address is correct

Visit your profile page and ensure that your e-mail address is correct.

4. Add contacts for your e-mails

If you have received e-mails from a creator in the past, adding them to your contacts can help inform your mail provider that you intend to get e-mails from that address.
